For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application.

  1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
  2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

Depending on your connection speed, downloading the application form may take a few moments. Please be patient.

There will be an application fee of $50 per person. This fee is reduced to $75 for joint applicants who are married.
All applicants are required to leave a deposit of $150 at the time of application. ($150 of this will be retained as a non-refundable admin fee upon approval) Security Deposit amounts may be temporarily reduced under current promotions and other special incentive programs but may be discontinued at any time, without notice.
